Institutional Partnerships

What do you want your support to make possible?

You may want to support a cause, back a group of fundraisers, match community contributions, strengthen a programme, mobilise a network, or understand more about how people give.

M-Changa works with companies, foundations, NGOs, development partners and other institutions on CSR, fundraising and community-support programmes.

Tell us what you want to achieve. We’ll work with you to shape the structure around it.

Start with the objective

What can we build together?

The model is shaped around what you want to achieve, the people involved and the outcomes that matter to you.

Support a cause at scale

Back credible community needs around healthcare, education, livelihoods, faith communities or other social priorities.

Back a group of fundraisers

Support a selected cohort, community, network or organisation within one structured programme.

Match what communities raise

Use matched funding, top-ups, challenge funds or other agreed approaches to strengthen community fundraising.

Mobilise a community

Bring fundraisers, supporters, champions and wider networks together around a shared goal.

Bring giving into an existing programme

Add a fundraising or contribution pathway within a programme, campaign, service or partner ecosystem.

Learn from how people give

Explore fundraising behaviour, trust, mobilisation and participation through research, experimentation and learning.

Improve visibility and accountability

Create clearer programme-level and fundraiser-level visibility into participation, contributions, progress and outcomes.

Ways we can work together

Shape the support around the goal

M-Changa supports different parts of a partnership, depending on what the programme is designed to achieve.

CSR & Cause Partnerships

Turn CSR priorities into structured support for individual fundraisers, organisations, selected cohorts or wider cause-based initiatives.

Partner Programme Management

Shape and run programmes around a defined objective, including cohorts, matched funding, challenge funds, milestone-linked support, top-ups or other agreed models.

Embedded Giving & Fundraising Infrastructure

Add contribution and fundraising pathways to partner programmes, campaigns, communities or digital experiences while keeping the partner relationship at the centre.

Community Mobilisation

Support participation through fundraisers, supporters, champions and community networks so that a programme can build and maintain momentum.

Research, Learning & Impact

Work with M-Changa on questions around giving behaviour, mobilisation, trust, participation and practical learning from real-world fundraising.

Reporting & Accountability

Agree upfront what you need to see, track and report across individual fundraisers and the wider programme.

Built around your programme

We build it with you, not for you.

Every partnership has its own audience, funding approach, governance and reporting needs. We agree those details together before delivery begins.

That can include who participates, how they qualify, how support is structured, what gets verified, how funds are released, and what information you need to see along the way.

1. Your objective

What are you trying to change, support or learn?

2. The programme model

Agree who participates, how support works and what rules are needed.

3. The right supprt

Bring in the fundraising, mobilisation, transparency and reporting tools the programme needs.

4. Delivery and learning

Run the programme, follow progress and use what we learn to guide the next step.

From idea to delivery

Supporting delivery

The technology supports the programme.

Once the programme structure is clear, M-Changa’s technology can support the way it needs to work.

Depending on the programme, this can include fundraiser verification, treasurer accountability, contribution records, multiple payment methods, fundraiser updates, public fundraising pages, programme communities, donor confirmations, reporting and flexible disbursements.

Flexible disbursement options can accommodate real programme needs through different payout routes, partial withdrawals and other agreed approaches.

You may already know exactly what you want to build, or you may simply know the problem you want to solve. Either is enough to start.
